Will the Online Bible install correctly under Windows VISTA?
If you use Online Bible 2.10 or later you should not have a problem. You can download a free update of
the Online Bible software from the download library.
This update will work with cd-roms not older then 2 years.
If you use a cd-rom/dvd with version 2.10, please download first a new update of the software.
Thousends of users already installed the Online Bible under Vista without a problem. In a few cases people reported
a problem for which we have a workaround.

My viruschecker tells the file innnnn.olb in BIBLELND contains a virus?
Of course we take all virus warnings serious. However this virus is reported to us on regular base during
the last 8 years. Our research showed
- The file is a compressed bmp image and not an executable. The file is never executing anuthing. It is just an image.
- Famous antivirus software, like McAfee, Norton and AVG, never reproted this problem. The report always comes
from the use of a less known antivirus product
- There is never a virusname reported
- Only one antivirus software mentioned the virusfamily. It was hard to find a description of the activities
of this virusfamily. But the family should be a virus linking itself to the .com files only. The innnnn.olb file is
not a .com file, but a compressed .bmp file
- The same map where innnnn.olb is located contains hundreds of other innnnn.olb files, which seems not to contain
this virus
- Tenthousends use the same Online Bible and never obtain this viruswarning
Everything indicates this is a fake warning.
